Light buckwheat flour can be used in place of dark buckwheat flour when a milder flavour is desired. Try adding it to breads, muffins, cakes, cookies, pancakes, waffles, and other baked goods. It can also be used to thicken soups, sauces, or gravies.

  • This product is obtained from milling the clean, wholesome buckwheat kernels and removing most of the bran. The flour is off-white in appearance, and has a minimal buckwheat odour and sweet flavour.
