We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may ship the products directly to Good Nature Health Foods within 14 days from the arrival date.
We accept returns up to 15 days.
The refund will be processed the same way the payment was made (eg. credit card)
The customer may pay for the return shipping fee.
In order to get a full refund, the product(s) MUST be unopened.
Please contact us either by phone or by email in regards to returning your product and mention the following: the Order number, the products to be returned, the quantity to be returned (if more than one was purchased) and the reason for return.
If your online order arrives damaged, it is best to refuse the package at the door. If you are unable to do so and accept the package, make sure it is noted on the carrier’s delivery record in order for us to file a damage claim. Save the products and the original packaging it arrived in, and contact us for further instructions.
The only exceptions to the above rules are the following products. There is No Refund or Exchange on the following products:
- Beauty (i.e. Shampoo, Conditioner, Facial Moisturizers, Lotions, Soaps, etc.)
- Essential Oils
- Professional brands (Such as Metagenics, Genestra, Douglas Labs, Thorne, NFH, Biotics Research, Pure Encapsulations, Dr. Reckeweg, Unda, etc.)
- Clearance Items
- Any items marked as final sale on the product page
You have the option to return the product to the store; Bring a copy of the invoice to the store and they will accept the product(s) on our behalf. Once the store confirms receipt of the product(s), we will process your refund.
PERISHABLE ITEMS – Including but not limited to dairy, refrigerated dairy alternatives, frozen foods, meat, produce, kombucha, probiotics, any other items that must be kept refrigerated
