A fresh, sharp menthol scent. Peppermint’s brisk, uplifting aroma can be invigorating and rejuvenating, and can also be taken internally when properly diluted. Peppermint offers benefits to the respiratory system, including used for coughs, colds, asthma, and allergies. It can even be used topically for pain relief, hair, skin care and fresh breath. May be used in a bath, compress, diffuser or salve. Dilute a few drops of essential oil in a lotion or carrier oil before use.
