Hibiscus Tea has been traditionally consumed in both the Ancient Asian and Ayurvedic tradition. It has been prized for its refreshingly tart and uplifting flavour. Boil 2-3 teaspoons of Hibiscus tea in 8-12 oz. of water. Add more tea for a more robust flavour. Enjoy the tea as is or add 1 teaspoon of Organic Traditions Vanilla Powder. Naturally sweeten the tea with ¼ – ½ teaspoon of Organic Traditions Stevia powder. Throw in some Organic Traditions Goji Berries as a sweet treat! Cool the tea to create an iced version or use as a base liquid in smoothies or raw desserts
