- Our shredded coconuts are obtained from the inner flesh of organic coconuts. They are then dried, shredded and unsweetened. The finish product is made up of fresh full fat white meat of a matured coconut.Coconut contains less sugar and more protein than popular fruits like bananas, apples and oranges. Although it is not a significant source of vitamins and minerals, it contains moderate amounts of iron, zinc and phosphorous.
